Peter Conrad (Elected in 2006)

Peter and his wife, Ann, have lived in Southbridge with their three children (Matt, Christie and Emma) since February of 2005.

Peter graduated from Bethel College, now University, with a BA in Communications in 1986 and completed an MBA in Technology Management from the University of Phoenix in June 2005. He currently works for Lockheed Martin in Systems Engineering, and his favorite hobbies are computers, music, movies and spending time with my family.

His goal for the neighborhood would be for it to be a place where people understand that life together in a community provides much greater benefits than individual families living in the same place.

Peter hopes to accomplish (his wife says world peace, cheaper gas and well manicured lawns at each house) but he is not going to hope so big.  He thinks if he can just contribute to Hamlet being a better place for all of us to live and raise our children, then he has accomplished something of value.
