- Southbridge Storm Drain Stenciling -
the city is currently working with a
potential Eagle Scout who lives in the Southbridge development who will be
completing storm drain stenciling for his Eagle Scout project. A stencil
that reads “NO DUMPING DRAINS TO POND” will be painted on the curb
next to the catch basin. The Lower Minnesota River Watershed District
has approved and funded the project. A similar project was completed in west
Shakopee by students from Sweeney Elementary earlier this summer. The
Southbridge stenciling project is anticipated to be completed later this
summer.
