Tulips and Traffic Study

Free Tulips! (May 25, 2006)
We will be adding mulch to all the islands on
Southbridge Parkway within the next couple of weeks. At the same time
we will treat for weeds to help minimize the existing problems.
The tulips on the parkway are available for the taking. They were
installed in the wrong location and will be tilled under instead of
being relocated
Traffic Study - During the week of May 14th there was a traffic study being done at the intersection of Windsor and Whitehall. This is part of the process required by the city to see if the intersection meets the criteria for a stop sign.
