Association Guidelines

This document and the rules within it were approved by the board and presented at the 2003 annual meeting.  As prescribed by the bylaws, these rules define those things within the confines of the covenants which are allowed in the Hamlet at Southbridge HOA.  The rules cover such items as alterations, property use and enhancements.
