Architectural Committee

This Committee reviews applications for exterior modifications or additions to homes or property within Hamlet. We are also responsible for managing complaints concerning the exterior architecture of any property within Hamlet.

Capabilities

• Procedures and Consequences of Non-Compliance (work in conjunction with Rule Committee)
• Respond to architectural change requests from residents in a timely fashion
